Sales and Marketing Intern - Speech Graphics

During my 3-month, summer internship at Speech Graphics, a pioneering, AI facial animation company, I gained hands-on experience as an integral member of the CX team. My key responsibilities and achievements included:

  • Took a leading role in the creation of engaging written and visual content for digital marketing campaigns

  • Assisted in SEO optimisation, improving website content and conducting keyword research

  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, events and product) to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.

  • Analysed content performance and provided actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

  • Supported the Global Account Director with sales and administration activities – managing customer comms, generating and issuing contracts

  • Undertook proactive outbound sales activities, adding a significant number of opportunities to the Top of Funnel

  • Managing customer communications and tracking activity via the company CRM, Hubspot.

  • Worked and gained experience with a range of internal tools and systems including G-suite, MS-suite, Hubspot, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
